These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 666d3 platform, including the website located at 666d3.org, any associated mobile applications, and all services, games, and content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service"). • You agree to use a strong, unique password for your 666d3 account that is not shared with any other online service.

General betting rules applicable across all 666d3 sportsbook markets include:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. 666d3 does not cancel or modify accepted bets except in specific circumstances defined in the sport-specific betting rules (e.g., match abandonment, incorrect line publication).
• In-play betting is subject to acceptance delays and may be suspended or refused at any time, including in response to live match developments.

All content on the 666d3 platform — including but not limited to the 666d3 name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of 666d3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 666d3 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 666d3 content without express written permission.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any 666d3 content.

Any unauthorised use of 666d3 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 666d3, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if 666d3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

666d3 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, and circumstances beyond 666d3's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific services. 666d3 shall not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of such unavailability.

666d3 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 666d3 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include identity verification (KYC), transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory compliance. 666d3 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
